Refunds Policy

Since a proxies54.com offer is an intangible and irrevocable item, the quality of service provided complies with the conditions stated in the service level agreement. Once the payment process has been completed, we will not support refunds for any paid services that are not product features. All payments are final. It is your responsibility as the customer to be aware of this when purchasing any service on our website.

Including but not limited to the following situations:

・The data provided by the customer during the registration process is incomplete or inconsistent.

・The customer account is blocked or suspended due to the customer’s illegal activity.

・Violation of Customer’s obligations regarding the acceptable use of the System or Service (as defined in the Terms of Use).

・The quality of service provided complies with the conditions specified in the service level agreement.

・The usage time limit of the purchased IP has expired.

・The connection quality and connection speed are limited by the capabilities of the third party and are not within the control of  proxies54.com hereby does not guarantee any quality measurement of the quality of internet connections provided by third party internet service providers and you hereby agree that any issues related to connection speed parameters are non-refundable.

・Reject the client’s software. As long as the customer can access the system and/or use the system using third-party and/or proprietary software (client software), proxies54.com will not be responsible for the compatibility of the customer software with the system.

Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising from the customer’s access to the service and/or use of proxies54.com shall be resolved in accordance with the following dispute resolution procedures:

 

Any disputes arising out of the use of the system should be emailed to  [email protected]. Resolve any issues that may arise with customers related to refunds, cancellations or chargebacks by customer support.
